Well, this morning we are finally going to get up to the top of Table Mountain via the cable car - except first we made a stop to the Bo-Kaap district of Cape Town to view the very colorful buildings.
Finally, Up on top of Table Mountain
Next we headed out of town towards wine country with our destination being "Warwick Wine Estate" We had an excellent time tasting a wonderful grouping of wines
For lunch we headed to the La Petite Ferme restaurant where we had an excellent lunch, I thought I would be adventureous and try the venison dish. It was excellent and would love to try it again.
We also had a wonderful view of the Franschhoek Mountain pass and the vineyards and valley below
And then we headed for our overnight destination in Stellenbosch.
We overnighted at a very nice Inn called the "River Manor"
Our stay was excellent and we had a great time in this charming facility.
I really enjoyed the personal touch that Johan and Leigh give to all of the guests.
